Careprovider.org Foundation assists newly arrived community members in the process of resettling into this country by teaching, guiding, assisting, referring, and enrolling them into required and needed services. Careprovider.org Foundation provides the newly arrived individuals and/or families with a welcoming package which includes but not be limited to, essential clothing, initial hygiene supplies, some household items, and groceries or grocery vouchers. We also collaborate with our community partners to provide additional services and items to the individuals and families, which may include sheets, blankets, pillows, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, personal hygiene supplies and groceries, school supplies for children, and baby supplies for families with younger children, such as diapers and wipes.
Careprovider.org Foundation wants to bridge the gap between Unaccompanied Children/ Unaccompanied Refugee Minors and resource parents by providing mentorship, volunteers, trainings, translation and referrals for potential resource family homes, where youth can be placed.
